Japan Contest

Cooking competition

Current students of culinary training schools (vocational schools, high schools, etc.)

Task 1: Free gourmet-style recipe

Based on a sustainable fish species, accompanied by a mollusc or crustacean and/or seaweed, to be prepared in 2h30.

Task 2 : Home recipe

The same species of fish as in the gourmet recipe, prepared in such a way that it can be cooked at home in 30 minutes.

Task 3 : Interview

An interview on sustainability with the candidate in a situation and a discussion focusing on the preservation of marine resources.
