The cooking competition

European Students and professionals

Task 1: Free gourmet-style recipe

Based on a sustainable fish species, accompanied by a mollusc or crustacean and/or seaweed, to be prepared in 2h30.

Task 2 : Home recipe

The same species of fish as in the gourmet recipe, prepared in such a way that it can be cooked at home in 30 minutes.

Task 3 : Interview

An interview on sustainability with the candidate in a situation and a discussion focusing on the preservation of marine resources.

Front of House Professionals Competition

European students

Task 1 : Practical

In the form of 4 workshops: Making a hot or cold preparation in front of the customer. Creation and execution of a drink to match the hot or cold preparation. Marketing a menu of dishes. Presentation of a seafood product.

Task 2 : Interview

An interview on sustainability with the candidate in a situation and a discussion focusing on the preservation of marine resources.
